Ginger and Mint Cocktail
Fresh ginger - 2 Table spoons of ginger finely cut
5 cups of water
½ cup of fresh lemon juice
Simmer one cup of water, ginger, lemon juice and sugar.
Add 10 mint leaves to the boiled ginger and allow the flavour to infuse and the liquid to cool.
Pour into a jug and add four cups of water and grenadines to taste.
Pour into glasses filled with ice.
